Our Ipswich-based service is looking for a new Advisor to join our friendly team.

As an Independent Living Advisor, you’ll be responsible for supporting disabled people who employ their own PA/support workers to make meaningful decisions on how they exercise their rights as employers.

 

You will be:

Providing day-to-day advice on employment law/HR matters

Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish

Assisting clients in navigating the complexities of employment-related challenges

Managing a caseload of clients, with support from our small but supportive team
