I’m a young man that lives with my parents. I’m active and interested in a variety of activities from football to arts and crafts. I like to go out to the cinema, gym, swimming, bowling and socialising with friends. I need someone to help me with organisation, planning and developing my independence with everything, from handling cash to cooking. I need assistance to progress towards my long-term dream of independence within a supported living environment, while still living a normal life. I do not need any help with personal care, and ideally want to have someone that mainly supports me out in the community with a fun  and creative activities rather than remain in my family home all the time. I find it difficult to organise gatherings with my friends to actually make it happen. The support you could offer me will be very individual to your own skills set, as I’m looking for someone to inspire me to try new things.
